Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL) is a study concerning the significant impacts of a planned Business and/or Activity on the environment, which is necessary for decision-making processes regarding the implementation of the Business and/or Activity.
The Environmental Management Evaluation Document, abbreviated as DELH, is a document that includes environmental management and monitoring, which is part of the environmental audit process applied to businesses and/or activities that already have business permits and/or activities but do not yet have an AMDAL document.
Efforts for Environmental Management and Environmental Monitoring (UKL-UPL) are the management and monitoring of businesses and/or activities that do not have significant impacts on the environment, which are required for decision-making processes regarding the implementation of businesses and/or activities. This document is one of the requirements for applying for an Environmental Permit.
Technical Approval (Pertek) is the approval from the Central Government or Local Government in the form of provisions regarding environmental protection and management standards and/or analysis of the traffic impacts of Business and/or Activities according to regulations. (Article 1 number 93 of Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021).
Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN) is a series of studies on the traffic impact of the development of activity centers, settlements, and infrastructure, the results of which are documented in the form of traffic impact analysis results.
Certificate of Feasibility for Operation (SLO) is a letter that contains a statement of compliance regarding the Environmental Protection and Management Standards of businesses and/or activities according to regulations. (Article 1 number 94 of Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021).
Building Permit (IMB) is a legal product that contains approval or permits issued by the Local Government (regional government/city government) and is mandatory for building owners who want to construct, demolish, increase/decrease the area, or renovate a building. The presence of an IMB (building permit) in a building is very important because it aims to create a safe layout of the building in accordance with the land use. Even the presence of an IMB is also very important when there is a property transaction. House owners who do not have an IMB will be fined 10 percent of the building’s value, and the house may also be demolished.
Certificate of Functionality (SLF) is a certificate issued by the local government or central government to declare the functionality of a building before the building is utilized.
Groundwater Utilization Permit (SIPA) is the authority given to individuals or legal entities to carry out groundwater extraction activities.
Environmental Management Plan (RKL) is a follow-up plan to manage significant impacts caused by project activities, while the Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL) is a tool to monitor the results of environmental management. RKL and RPL must be submitted periodically every 6 months through the Environmental Document Information or Assessment system to the Minister of Environment and Forestry, governor, or regent/mayor.
